About the Author

Anthony Salerno has a deep inner calling to awaken consciousness to reduce suffering, live well and be all we can be. His blog, Unplugged and Awake, discusses breaking free, thinking independently, and living meaningfully.

Anthony graduated law and practised as a solicitor for almost three years. In 2000, he traded his law career for philosophy, psychology, theology, yoga, and meditation. He and his wife Dominique founded the Australian Yoga Academy, which they owned and operated until 2021. They established nine yoga studios around Melbourne and graduated almost 1000 yoga instructors.

Anthony is an inspired teacher who loves to help people open their hearts and minds and awaken their potential.

About the Illustrator

A professional photographer for over 20 years, Pablo Romero, graduated from the CEV Madrid and the Art School of Huelva. He worked in social photography, advertising and digital graphic design. A lover of traditional photographic processes in black and white, Romero was a successful freelancer in photography and graphic design.
