Shipping Policy

We take great care in packing and shipping all Crystal Life Australia orders to ensure items arrive safely.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your address. Crystal Life Australia cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address supplied incorrectly by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address details, you will be notified once it has been received. Any additional postage costs required to resend the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a parcel is delayed or goes missing in transit, we are happy to assist with enquiries lodged with the shipping provider.


Orders Within Australia

  • Free shipping on orders over AUD $250

  • Flat rate shipping of $10.00 AUD via Australia Post for orders under this amount

All parcels are packed securely and dispatched with tracking. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

Signature & Insurance (Recommended)

We strongly recommend selecting Signature on Delivery and shipping insurance at checkout for added security.

  • Signature on Delivery requires a signature upon receipt

  • Insurance is charged at $1.50 per $100 of parcel value

Insurance is required in order to lodge a compensation claim with Australia Post in the event of loss or damage. Crystal Life Australia cannot replace or refund parcels that are lost or damaged in transit if insurance has not been selected.

If you choose to allow parcels to be safe dropped, Crystal Life Australia cannot be held responsible for any loss after delivery confirmation. Any missing parcels must be reported directly to Australia Post, and a police report may be required.

Crystal Life Australia is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by third-party postal or courier services.


International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail services and include tracking.

We strongly recommend adding Signature on Delivery and insurance to international orders. Crystal Life Australia cannot be held responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party postal or courier services.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns Policy

We take care to accurately describe and photograph all products. Please choose carefully when purchasing.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. To ensure damaged items can be assessed or replaced, parcels must be insured through Australia Post as outlined above.

All refunds and replacements are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Returns Not Accepted When:

  • Items have been worn, used or damaged

  • Items are not returned in their original condition or packaging

  • Items are returned after six (6) weeks from purchase

  • Items include earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items remain the customer’s responsibility until successfully returned to Crystal Life Australia.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.


Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


Many of our jewellery pieces contain delicate gemstones and should be handled and stored with care. Please refer to our Jewellery Care page for detailed guidance.
