Shipping & Returns
We take the utmost care and attention with shipping of our precious items.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your correct postal address has been supplied to us. Please contact us immediately if you find you have not supplied the correct address. Ajna Crystals cannot be held liable for any parcel that is posted to the address given by you and later found to be incorrect.
If your parcel is redirected back to us due to incomplete or incorrect details supplied by you, you will be notified via email once we have received it. It will be your responsibility to pay subsequent postage costs to repost your parcel.
Should your parcel go missing in transit, we are here to help and will do our best to assist you in finding your parcel.
ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders over AUD$250.00 receive free shipping.
Parcels within Australia are packed with care and sent via Australia Post for a flat rate of $10.00. We recommend that you add the option of Signature of Delivery and insurance for your parcels safety. Signature on Delivery requires that your signature is obtained by Australia Post upon delivery of the parcel.
Your parcel will have a tracking number which will be sent to you once your item has been posted so you can monitor its progress. Ajna Crystals and Jewellery cannot be held liable for late deliveries or missing items caused by third party postal or courier companies.
We strongly recommend that you add insurance to your parcel at of a cost of $1.50 per $100 of value. Should your item go missing this is the only way that you can apply for compensation via Australia Post. Ajna Crystals and Jewellery cannot be held responsible for replacing or refunding if the insurance option is not taken up.
If you choose to have any items “safe dropped” to your address Ajna Crystals and Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any parcel that goes missing after delivery. You will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police.
International shipping prices will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is via Australia Post Air Mail Services. A tracking number will be provided to you.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
We do not issue refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchases.
We comply with the Queensland Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds.
Should the item arrive damaged, please contact our shipping provider Australia Post. To ensure that damaged items can be replaced, please ensure that your parcel is insured with Australia post as per above.
We do not accept returns when:
- Items are not returned in their original condition i.e they have been worn, damaged or returned without their original packaging.
- Items are returned after the specified time frame six (6) weeks.
- If the order contains earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Returns are at the expense of customers and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to Ajna Crystals and Jewellery.
Many of our pieces are delicate and should be handled and stored carefully. Please refer to the Jewellery Care Instructions online.

Please note that any orders that have already been dispatched will not be cancelled.
Any items purchased during sales or clearances are final sales and cannot be returned unless they are deemed faulty. Instructions for Faulty Items and Repairs is listed above.
