Blue Quartz: Blue Quartz  is a cooling and calming, soothing the nervous system and wrapping you in a beautiful serene energy that brings peace and tranquility. Allowing stress and anxiety to drop away and creating a chilled out vibe. 

White Howlite: White Howlite is known for its calming properties, helping to quiet an overactive mind and promote peaceful thoughts. It brings a sense of tranquility and again creates a chilled out laid back vibe.

Angelite : Angelite  is a powerful soothing stone.  A stone of gentle tranquility  invoking a strong inner peace, surrounding you in a beautiful light, calm energy.  You cannot be anything but serene and peaceful with this stone in your crystal kit.

Amethyst: Amethyst is a crystal renowned for its ability to calm the mind and promote serenity. It assists in releasing tension and wrapping you in a beautiful bubble of light. Try being full of drama when this stone is around, Impossible!

Rhodonite : Rhodonite  is an incredible  stone of self love and nurturing, giving you permission to allow yourself to embrace and enjoy peace, serenity and just being chilled.  

How to Use:
With intention, place these crystals in your bedside table,, under your pillow or in your bedroom to promote a serene environment. Before bedtime, hold the crystals, close your eyes and set the intention for peaceful sleep.  

Each kit includes a detailed information card outlining the properties and uses of each crystal. Please note that as natural stones, variations in color, shape, and size may occur, making each kit unique.

Each kit contains 5 tumbled stones, printed card containing the properties of each stone and come in a coloured organza bag. Each stone is approximately. 15-25mm in size.

All sizes are approx sizes. Due to stones being natural they do vary in size, color and shape.

Important: Any selenite charging plate depicted is sold separately and not included with this kit.

SUGGESTION: Add a Selenite charge plate/bowl to help keep your crystal kit cleansed, charged and ready for use.

Due to Kits being pre-made the stones in the kit are what is received and we cannot change the stones that are in the kits.
